Who We Are

The Old Oaks alumni network was founded to maintain the strong bonds formed at Somerset College and to celebrate the school’s growing legacy. Rooted in tradition and named after the enduring strength of oak trees, Old Oaks represents the resilience, growth, and deep connections of our alumni community.

Since its inception, Old Oaks has provided a platform for past students to stay connected, support one another, and contribute to the ongoing success of Somerset College. Through reunions, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs, we continue to honor our heritage while fostering a thriving alumni community.

Whether through networking events, mentorship opportunities, or support for current students, Old Oaks continues to strengthen the lifelong bonds formed at Somerset College. We honor our shared past while looking ahead, fostering connections that extend beyond the school years and into the future.

Our Vision

As one of the custodians of the College ethos, the Old Oaks Association serves to guide and nurture Somerset College. As a young school, Somerset College needs custodians to plant the seeds of what will become its heritage so that it can grow into an institution that reflects the noble intentions of the founding parents and students. One day we hope that our members will become benefactors; by sharing their time and skills we believe that the Old Oaks will contribute to the health and prosperity of the school.

Our Mission

The Old Oaks of Somerset College is a proud and connected alumni community dedicated to fostering lifelong relationships, supporting the growth of our alma mater, and upholding the values that shaped us. We celebrate our shared history, encourage mentorship and networking, and contribute to the ongoing success of Somerset College and its future generations. Through engagement, tradition, and a spirit of camaraderie, we honor the past while inspiring the future.
